This beautiful contemporary chalet with high-end installations is surrounded by nature, while being just 1km from the shops and restaurants of a popular mountain resort.
Nicknamed “the pearl of Mont Blanc” due to its exceptional location facing the mountains, the village of Combloux has a mini-market, a butcher, a bakery, a pharmacy, and several bars and restaurants. You will find more options in Sallanches, Megève and Saint-Gervais. Most of the neighbouring villages host a weekly market, where you can pick up delicious local produce.
The free shuttle bus stops 1km away, allowing you to reach the slopes of La Giettaz and Megève, as well as the entire Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, with over 400km of pistes.
Combloux has a wealth of walking and mountain biking trails to suit beginners and experts alike. The pump track is 10 minutes away, and you can walk to the natural swimming lake in 20 minutes.
About the property…
Chalet RevAlp is a modern three-storey chalet for up to 12 guests (including eight adults) in five bedrooms with five en-suite bathrooms.
2 hours of mid-stay cleaning included for stays of at least one week.
The entrance on the ground floor leads to the U-shaped living room with contemporary wood décor. On one side is the comfortable and bright lounge area with two large sofas, a large-screen TV and a fireplace. On the other side is a large dining table, and in the centre is a modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.
There are two terraces (one on each side of the room), furnished with a second dining table, a barbecue and garden furniture, and an elegant hot tub.
A mezzanine overlooking the living room is the perfect space for children - it has a TV lounge and a bedroom with four single beds and a shower room, ideal for children (low ceiling height).The lounge can be used as a workspace, as it has two desks each equipped with a computer screen and a printer.
There are four double bedrooms on the ground floor of Chalet RevAlp, all with en-suite bath or shower rooms. There are also two separate toilets. All of these bedrooms have a TV and access to a terrace.
This floor is also home to a sauna, a workout area with Technogym exercise equipment and a massage chair, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and ironing board, as well as a ski room with a heated boot dryer.
There’s also a double garage with a charging station for electric vehicles. Additional vehicles can be parked outside the chalet.
About the area…
Chalet RevAlp is ideally located for exploring the Mont-Blanc massif with or without your own car.
The village of Combloux is part of the Évasion Mont-Blanc ski area, along with its neighbours Megève, Saint-Gervais and Les Contamines. The Espace Diamant (Praz-sur-Arly, Bellecombe, Crest-Voland, Flumet and Les Saisies) is just a 30-minute drive away.
The Vallée Blanche is popular with experienced skiers who want to try night skiing. The 23km piste with a 2,000m vertical drop links the Aiguille du Midi to the Mer de Glace. You’ll need a guide to tackle this magical experience, perhaps best enjoyed under a full moon.
Other winter activities within a short drive of the chalet include dog sledding and snowshoeing. Those looking for adventure can try ice climbing, via ferrata or paragliding.
Outside the ski season, the region is a popular destination for hikers and cyclists. Explore the Argentière glacier or the Baroque trail – a 20km path between Combloux and Les Contamines-Montjoie, which takes in some of the region's finest Baroque buildings. With a bit of luck you might even spot some marmots!
The Combloux ecological lake, fed by mountain streams and surrounded by wild flowers, is the perfect place for a picnic. The adults can relax with views of Mont Blanc while the children enjoy the playground. There is also a restaurant.
There is so much to discover in this beautiful area. You can find all the information you need at the tourist offices in Sallanches and Combloux. The tourist office is also the place to get the “Mont Blanc Destination Pass”, which entitles you to special deals and discounts at many attractions in the region.

Chalet RevAlp is a wonderful blend of contemporary facilities and comfort for up to 12 people, including eight adults.
Huge windows and glass doors fill the living room with natural light. The seating area is spacious and comfortable, with two large sofas facing a fireplace and a large-screen television.
A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar opens onto the rest of the room.
Depending on the weather, you can eat either in the dining area or out on the furnished terrace. The terrace also has a seating area and a hot tub, where you can relax and enjoy the lush surroundings and mountain views.
A mezzanine floor overlooking the main room has a TV lounge that can also be used as an office, with two equipped workstations. There’s also a bedroom which children will love, with four single beds and a shower room.

When we discovered this incredible plot of land in Combloux, surrounded by farmland with breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, we knew immediately that we had found the place of our dreams.
Working with a local interior designer, we designed Chalet Rev'Alp for ourselves, as our ideal family retreat. Every detail has been carefully thought out: from the finest materials to the high-end equipment, from the gym to the sauna, from the outdoor hot tub to the massage chair.
Not to mention the high-tech home cinema and audio equipment.
What appealed to us most? The absolute tranquillity offered by unspoiled land surrounding the chalet. There are no neighbours, just the constant backdrop of the mountains and the peaceful Savoyard countryside.
We wanted to create a place where up to 12 people could enjoy a 5-star experience, with generous living spaces where everyone can make the most of their holiday, relax, recharge their batteries and share precious time with family or friends.
